Computer-Mediated Communication

 Well let me start with my name, my name is Javier, I am nineteen years old who is the first in the family to attend college and its a big deal for everyone especially myself because i have no one to lead me through the way or go for someone for help. So every step I take is new for me and everyday i learn or experience something new although i have to learn it by myself. It might seem i have no one but in reality i cant have my mom help me through everything or take me everywhere i need to go, in reality no matter how awesome my mom is I cant depend on her for everything. I do have lots of friends everyone got separated right after high school and went to different colleges, I am a very kind person to have although at first i might be extremely shy but once i get to know someone i can be very funny and goofy. The reason why I'm taking this course is because i want to learn all about computer, my mayor is New Media Technology and my dreams is to be a game designer in hopes to create or help out in creating one of my favorite games witch could mean working with Rockstar, Treyarch Infinity Ward and more.Is that or learning to use the computer to do anything, and that's because you will need to know how to handle a computer to do mostly everything. Like for example hacking is a big issue and could be harmful or it can be useful, also how it could help create many new ideas. What i mostly want to learn is the basics in how everything started how people use it  and how it can help many people around the world.

One of the things that i use is Facebook and i use it to text my friends through messenger and to have normal conversation but i mostly use it for looking through my news-feed. I also use snap-chat to see what are my friends up to and see the interesting things they do, i also use it to have conversation with them there. Instagram is also a thing i use everyday to also see what are the cool pictures they  take or interesting things they capture. Twitter is something i use but only to follow my favorite YouTube channels to be up to date with their videos. YouTube is a thing i have replace with the to to where I can choose what i can see and many creative videos that people create that could be all around the world. Skype i only use it if i want to talk to a family member who is in my home country is the best way is through there instead for us to pay just to talk to them. One last thing i use on basic days is my gaming counsel witch is the PlayStation 4 where i can play video games with many different people who could be living anywhere. So its a good way to play with someone who is different to you but have something in common.

The most computer-mediated communication that i mostly use and could be called my favorite would be playing the PlayStation 4, it might sound lame and boring but everyone is different and everyone likes different thing. This is my favorite thing to do and its because i had grown up with this my whole life. since elementary school i had one and it just kept upgrading, since the PlayStation one to the two to the three to the four, i had all of them and still em a fan, in different ways it had help me be entertain make friends. In it system you have the access to play online in where you have the chance to play with different people who can be around the world. So you have the chance to meet different people but all have something in common and that's having fun and play video games. In ways it had made me feel better in ways when you having a bad day and just want to forget bout everything, its a good way to be entertain and do what you love to do. At the end you will forget why u was mad, sad, stress and so on.
